About AT Homes Builder

AT Homes is a custom home builder in mid-Missouri dedicated to building quality, high performance homes. We got our start back in 2007 when founder Alex Tysmbal, in the midst of an economic downturn, took a risk and started his own framing business. Alex knows framing is a hard physical job, but he felt it was an excellent avenue to gain knowledge and the financing needed to learn the building trade from the inside out. 

After years of perfecting the framing trade and studying the home construction industry, Alex built his first spec home in 2012. This launched us into the custom home building business we are today. Our industry is constantly evolving, and we pride ourselves on staying on the cutting edge of new home construction. In recent years, we have taken a deeper dive into building science and applied our knowledge to prioritize building high performance homes. Through this approach, we build custom homes that meet the highest standards of quality, energy efficiency, comfort and overall performance.
